Welcome to the Joyous Justice rate guide for engaging our expertise in strategic consultancy, coaching, and facilitation. This guide provides a transparent overview of our rates for our esteemed clients.
Note: This is a starting point for discussion and reasonable negotiation around reaching a compensation arrangement that feels good and fair for all involved.
Comprehensive Hourly Engagement Rates
At Joyous Justice, we are committed to providing transformative and impactful services. Our hourly rates are designed to encompass a wide range of professional services including consultancy, 1:1 coaching, and group facilitation.
It's important to note that our hourly rate is exclusive of preparation and follow-up efforts; therefore, for custom training or facilitation services, we bill for the total hours dedicated to your project. This includes the essential preparation and follow-up time to ensure the highest quality and impact of our work.
Please be aware that our rates are set per facilitator and do not cover additional expenses such as travel, accommodation, and daily allowances. For assignments that require significant travel, we typically adopt a day-rate billing structure to better accommodate the demands of the project.

* This rate is only available when Joyous Justice can afford to offer it. We prioritize our Solidarity Rate for organizations that are doing movement building work and/or work to build a solidarity economy, and are led by communities of color, immigrants, and/or working class and poor people.

For training and meetings up to 3.5 hours. Our fixed fee rates are priced per trainer and include prep and follow-up time. It does not include travel, lodging, and per diem expenses.
