April Baskin is a multi-award-winning leadership strategist, executive coach, ordained Earth-based Jewish priestess, and nationally recognized social justice leader with more than twenty years of experience helping leaders navigate complexity, conflict, transformation, and change.
Her leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of DEI+ for the Union for Reform Judaism, supporting a $90 million national organization representing 900 congregations and approximately two million members, and serving as the inaugural Racial Justice Director for the Jewish Social Justice Roundtable.
